speaker - lis faenza
Lis’ journey as a speaker began when she became the spokesperson for Hartley House back in the early 1980s at the age of eighteen, and discovered she had a gift for capturing a room and leading them toward a common goal. After graduating from university, Lis began to facilitate personal development courses in her home town and deepened her passion for the spoken word as a tool for personal and group transformation.
In the late 1990s Lis was an international speaker and trainer for the Direct Sales Industry, delivering keynotes, training sessions and workshops around the world, in a variety of settings, from the intimate dinner-meeting to conventions in Australia and the USA with thousands of delegates.
More recently Lis has become a popular speaker within the public sector, delivering keynotes and personal mentoring to executive level (SES) staff on productivity and personal health management.
Familiar with webinar and teleconferencing, Lis has delivered programmes acoss multi- media, but is especially powerful when delivering face to face. After a decade of delivering sales and personal development keynotes, Lis has designed her current suite of presentations to address the void that exists in evidence based approaches to managing workplace energy and attitude.
With Masters in both International Relations and Education, Lis’ on-going research is largely driven by a quest to understand human performance. As a
conference speaker and mentor Lis shares the latest research on the interaction between energy, personality, DNA and behaviour. Lis’ experience as a
consultant, provides a wealth of case studies that reveal how we can manage our own and our team’s energy for increased productivity.
Powerful, confronting and humorous, Lis’ presentation will shift your perception of what energy is and its true role in productivity. Evidence based and highly compelling, Lis’ programmes will challenge you to look at the world around you differently and recognise the behavioural codes and energy patterns everywhere.
Lis’ aim is to create a quiet revolution to enable individuals, families, businesses and communities to make better and more informed decisions about the way we interact and use resources. Lis is the author of the "Energy Bucket" and "The DNA of Bullying".
Lis was also a contributor to the first edition of the Thought Leaders "Ideas’"book.
